Refund policy

Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items, as long as they are:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Poop rolls / poop bags (including odorless and lavender)
• Any used item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the delivery label (if available)

We’ll arrange a replacement or a suitable solution depending on the case.

Return Shipping
• Change-of-mind returns: return delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/incorrect orders: we will cover the return/replacement shipping.

Refund Method (COD + Whish Pay)

Once the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable), eligible refunds are issued as one of the following:
• Exchange, or
• Refund via Whish Pay, or
• Cash refund (COD) arranged case-by-case (depending on location and logistics)

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect/damaged due to our error.
