We currently offer one-time purchases only (no subscriptions).

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched.

Once an order is:
• Confirmed
• Prepared
• Or handed to the courier

➡️ It cannot be canceled

Important Notes

• Due to the fast processing of orders, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing your order
• Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be canceled
• If you are unavailable at delivery, the order may be canceled and future orders may be affected

Pre-Orders (if applicable)

If a product is offered as a pre-order:

• You may cancel your order before it is fulfilled/shipped
• Once shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow our Return & Refund Policy

Try Before You Buy

DTails does not currently offer “Try Before You Buy” services.
